42 products in the aisle declare sodium; 8 are ranked, leaving out 16 mixes, powders or concentrates; 18 that do not declare all seven core label values (each rule). Values are per 100 g as each manufacturer submitted them to USDA, one product per UPC (its newest submission that meets the data contract), and one per product sold under several UPCs with the same label.
